Rules and Regulations!

  2. Roman Lodge Team reserve the right to refuse any entry or alter the schedule without giving a reason or prior notice.
  3. No entry will be refunded unless the secretary is notified no later than 24hrs prior to the show
  4. All stallions must be properly bitted and under supervision at all times. No person shall be allowed to compete in any competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure that members of the public are not put at risk.
  5. Galloping / cantering outside the arenas is strictly forbidden, failure to comply could mean ejection from the show without refund of entries.
  6. The organisers disclaim all liability.
  7. All dogs must be kept on a lead
  8. Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted and must be to the BS EN1384, ASTMF1163, PAS015 standard.
  9. Riding or Jodphur boots must be worn when mounted no plimsolls, muckers, spikes or studded boots to be worn.
  10. All persons on the show field attend/ compete at their own risk, the roman lodge team are not reponsible for any incident that may occur to horse, rider, dog, handler, spectator, vehicles or property .
  11. All ridden horses must be 4yrs and over.
  12. All competitors are expected to be suitably insured for all events.
  13. Faliure to comply with any of the  above conditions or the wishes of the show officials may result in ejection from the field without refund of entries.
  14. The decision of the commitee on any point not covered aove is final!
  15. The Roman Lodge Team have taken resonable precautions to ensure the health and saftey or everyone present for these measures to be effective, everyone must take all resonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occuring, and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
  16. Neither the Roman Lodge Team, its owners, or representatives will except responsibility for any accident, injury, illness or damage incurred on or in the vicinity of the premises by riders, grooms, spectators or any other person or animal how so ever caused. Parents are responsible for the saftey of their own children at all times. Therefore it is a condition of entry that everyone who attends or competes at any of our events   DO SO ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK
